The P&L Motorsports 04-06 Subaru STI Top Feed Conversion Kit features CNC-machined billet fuel rails and custom mounting brackets, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator gauge, PTFE sealed fuel lines, and AN fittings, along with all the necessary components and accessories required to perform a complete installation, all in one box.

Larger Fuel Lines, AN Fittings, and Adjustable Regulator

The P&L Motorsports Subaru EJ20/EJ25 Fuel Line Kit and Regulator can handle the most demanding high-flow EFI systems and is capable of supporting applications up to 1000 HP. Manufactured with smooth bore PTFE flexible lines and -6 or -8 AN swivel fittings and you have an all-in-one solution for your fueling needs.

High-quality materials are the key to an effective and reliable fuel system, and the P&L Motorsports Subaru EJ20/EJ25 Fuel Line Kit and Regulator takes this into account by incorporating flexible PTFE lined hosing that is not only kink, heat, and vibration resistant, but ethanol resistant as well. This makes the P&L Fuel Line and Regulator Kit perfect for your Subaru with an e85 conversion.

Included in the kit is an adjustable rising rate Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, and fuel pressure gauge to set and monitor your base and static fuel pressures. This allows for more precise control over fuel pressure as well as the potential to increase the total fuel delivered to the engine, by way of increasing the pressure, if needed.

Upgraded Fuel Rails for Increased Flow

The P&L Motorsports Subaru EJ Top Feed Fuel Rails are a replacement rail set that allows increased fuel flow to the injectors and through the fuel system as a whole. In addition to increasing flow, the fuel rails allow for AN fittings and lines to be used in the engine bay.

These P&L top feed fuel rails fit directly to the top feed TGV housing on the intake manifold but will require a housing swap for any vehicle which came with side feed TGV housings from the factory. We include a 3/8″ NPT port on the underside of each rail to allow for the addition of a fuel pulse damper or a secondary fuel pressure gauge sensor.

Unlike other fuel rail kits on the market, we include -6 AN fuel line fittings at no additional cost or -8 AN fuel line fittings for a reasonable upgrade price

TGV System Deleted with New CNC Billet Housings

The P&L Motorsports CNC Machined Subaru EJ Top Feed TGV Housings are a replacement housing set which deletes the factory butterfly valves and divider plates that are associated with the TGV system in the intake manifold. In addition to removing this flow-reducing divider, the entire runner has been enlarged and smoothed to provide increased airflow to the engine.

These P&L TGV Housings fit between the engine cylinder heads and the intake manifold and utilize rubber o-rings, instead of the traditional gaskets. These reusable o-rings provide a simple and air-tight seal for years of boost leak-free operation.
