STM Evo 5/6 Aluminum 2.5in Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit

The STM 2.5" aluminum upper intercooler pipe kit for the Evo 5/6 features smooth, mandrel bent, lightweight 2.5" aluminum piping with bead-rolled ends. Choose brushed, polished, gloss black or a durable wrinkle black finish. Available with either a TiAL, HKS, GReddy or stock blow off valve flange and includes an AIT bung. (A plug is included if AIT is not needed for your application).

Evo 4 Notes:
These upper intercooler pipes can fit Evo 4 stock intercooler - but you may need a 30° coupler to the intercooler and possibly more modification. It's not a direct fit. Additionally, you'll need a small battery. Our STM Evo 5/6 battery kit is *just* a touch different on Evo 4 where the mounting hole is to the frame. Again, you could do some custom mods, but we cannot suggest exact install directions.

Intake Manifold Fitment:
This kit is designed to work with any intake manifold that utilizes the factory throttle body location, including OEM, Skunk2, Driven Innovations, AMS F1 and so on.

Throttle Body Fitment:
Select the proper coupler size to match your throttle body in the purchase menu. We offer a 2.75" option to match the stock TB or 3" which fits with the both S90 70mm and 74mm. Please double check your TB size if you have another style.

Battery Fitment:
These pipes will not clear a factory-sized battery. The STM Evo 5/6 Small Battery Kit is required for install.

Intercooler Fitment:
This pipe set has been test fitted to the STM Evo 4/5/6 Intercooler. These are not confirmed to fit with the factory intercooler or any other aftermarket options.

Blow Off Valve Fitment:
We offer the aluminum pipes with a flange for a TiAL, HKS, Greddy or stock blow off valve.

AIT Bung & Plug:
All STM UICP kits will include an AIT bung welded onto the bottom pipe that connects to the intercooler. If you do not need to run an AIT sensor, we also include a black plug to seal it off. PTFE Tape should be used when installing the plug.

Warning:
These pipes are aluminum and if you OVER-tighten the T-clamps there is a chance of crimping the pipe. This is not covered by the STM warranty.
